Yes - we accept CINICO and all major private insurers (Britcay, Aetna, VRS/Fidelity, Cayman First, Pan American, BAF) with no co-pay required, and we handle direct billing and claims for you.
No referral is required for most treatments - you can book directly. Some insurers may request a GP letter for reimbursement, which our front desk arranges for you.
Photo ID and your insurance card, any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or specialist reports, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Your first assessment runs about 45 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are typically 30-45 minutes depending on the plan.
Yes. For eligible patients our therapists can provide home visits, and a free shuttle service is available to and from the clinic.

Cancellations are free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.
