All five clinics are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Yes - we accept CINICO and all major private insurers (Britcay, Aetna, VRS/Fidelity, Cayman First, Pan American, BAF) with no co-pay required, and we handle direct billing and claims for you.
No referral is required for most treatments - you can book directly. Some insurers may request a GP letter for reimbursement, which our front desk arranges for you.
Photo ID and your insurance card, any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or specialist reports, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
